Pet Odor Control
These days, pets are members of our families too! No matter how much we love them they can be a bit rough on our carpets. Removing pet odor is not an easy process. The most effective treatment involves pulling up the carpet, replacing the padding, the tack strips, and treatment with enzymes. A temporary solution is to clean the affected area and saturate it with enzymes.
Results may not be noticed for up to five days, and a secondary cleaning is sometimes recommended. A surface spray using the enzyme is also a temporary solution, but the odor will return in time because it does not reach the contaminants under the carpet in the padding.
